Business improvement

If you're serious about taking things to the next level and would like to work more closely with a business development specialist, look no further... Our business improvement services are designed to get you where you want to go, quickly:

Business Planning
We believe that every businesses should have a business plan, regardless of whether you are a new start-up or have been established for many years.

Initially we'll ask you to complete a questionnaire so we can gain a better understanding of your vision and what you would like your business to deliver to you personally.

We'll then host a four-hour planning session with you to condense everything into a clear one-page Business Plan. The final document will identify and prioritise your short and long term goals and set in place the strategies to deliver on your goals.

Finally we'll put in motion a 90-day review process to track actual performance against the targets we set in your one-page Business Plan.

Virtual Financial Director
As a business owner it's common to feel alone and unsupported, fire fighting with the day-to-day challenges of running a business and having little time to make the fundamental changes required to move forward and grow.

Our VFD service will provide you with an increased level of accountability and support to achieve the results you want from your business.

Each quarter we'll provide you with a beautifully presented, easy to understand reporting pack which will measure the actual performance of your business against the targets we set for you.

You will also receive our expert recommendations on how to improve profitability and cash flow within your business, ensuring you remain on track with achieving your goals.

Cashflow Management
Ensuring your business has sufficient cash in the bank is vital to it's survival and growth. Our Cashflow Management service is designed to improve and maximise the amount of cash available in your business. Using live accounting data from Xero we will be able to accurately plot your cash inflows and outflows, identifying potential cash shortages before they happen.

Poor cashflow management is nearly always a symptom of inefficient business processes. Once we've prepared your Cashflow Forecast we’ll undertake an in depth evaulation of your processes and identify any potential causes of poor cashflow.

On a quarterly basis we'll check in with you to review your Cashflow Forecast. This provides an opportunity to look back at the effectiveness of any process changes from the last 3 months but also discuss new strategies to implement for the future.
